This release has been compiled by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and it provides information on domestic abuse support services within safe accommodation delivered by local authorities.

The data is derived from returns submitted on behalf of Greater London Authority and the 120 Tier 1 local authorities that were in existence in 2023-24 in England and is used to monitor progress on implementation and delivery of local authorities duties under Part 4 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 across England.
