Details

Cambridge Family Law, working with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), produced this overview of UK surrogacy laws for foreign surrogacy agencies. It outlines processes that parents must follow when returning to the United Kingdom with a surrogate child. Some of the information has been simplified so that it is easier to understand. It does not address the specific requirements of individual surrogacy arrangements.

For general information on overseas surrogacy, view the surrogacy overseas guidance.
