I write in response to an email received from you to my offices on 22 January 2019 in which you ask for information on the number of employees of my organisation under 16 years of age, between 16 - 18 years of age and over 18 years of age. Your request has been handled as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Q1. The number of employees of the organisation under 16 years of age.

I am an independent regulator and I am over 18 years of age. I am supported by a team of 3 Home Office staff who are all over 18 years of age. I hope that this information satisfies your request. If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review of our handling of your request by submitting a complaint within two months to the address below, quoting reference SCC/FOI/08/19/OA. If you ask for an internal review, it would be helpful if you could say why you are dissatisfied with the response.
