I write in response to an email received from you to my offices on 12 February 2019 in which you requested IT information on Local Area Networks, Contacts and Staff.
Q1. Local Area Network
a) What Manufacturer is your LAN Network?
b) What date does your support contract come up for renewal on the LAN Network?
c) What is the current cost of the LAN Network Support?
d) Which company is the support contract with?
I am an independent regulator supported by a team of three Home Office staff who make use of Home Office systems. I have no IT systems which are bespoke to or otherwise owned by me. My office is located at 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DF United Kingdom. You may consider a separate request to be made to the Home Office under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act should you require information regarding matters relevant to the Home Office.
If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review of our handling of your request by submitting a complaint within two months to the address below, quoting reference SCC/FOI/09/19/OA. If you ask for an internal review, it would be helpful if you could say why you are dissatisfied with the response.
