I write in response to an email you sent to me on 18 November 2019. You requested all documentation and/or information held by the Commissioner relating to HikVision and its involvement (or possible involvement) in any activities which could be construed as being a violation of established human rights in any territory. Your request has been handled as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
