Details

The Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission (MACC) is a non-departmental public body (NDBP) that commemorates the assistance received by the United Kingdom from the United States under the Marshall Plan.

The MACC administers the British Marshall scholarships, allowing young Americans of high ability to study for a graduate degree in the UK. It has no paid employees and a relatively small budget but it makes an important contribution to the UK’s bilateral relationship with the US.

These terms of reference set out the objectives and scope for the Tailored Review and includes information on how and when the review will be conducted.
