Tailored Review of Wilton Park

Details

The Tailored Review of Wilton Park took place in summer 2018 as part of the government’s public bodies reform programme. This requires all eligible bodies to undergo a review of their functions, form, performance and governance at least once per Parliament. The Review makes recommendations in these areas.

Wilton Park is the government’s convenor of neutral and discreet dialogue on strategic foreign policy priorities, in particular for peace and prosperity, and defence and security. Wilton Park was set up in 1946 to host discussions and training to rebuild democracy in Germany, and is a non-profit Executive Agency of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
