Use form AAG3 to let HMRC know you’re a user of a scheme that has no promoter or is promoted by a lawyer who can’t make a full notification.
You can either:
- email the form
- fill in the form on-screen, print it off and post it to HMRC
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
Before you start using the postal form
You’ll need to fill the form in fully before you can print it. You can’t save a partly completed form so you should gather all your information together before you start to fill it in.
