This research measured the effectiveness of the 2020 tax credits campaign by evaluating:

  • campaign recognition
  • comprehension of key campaign messages
  • the impact of the campaign on claimant behaviour

The research was conducted with 1,400 tax credit claimants, half before the campaign, and half after.
