The Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) Partnership Council oversees UK and EU implementation, application and interpretation of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

This document provides the first decision of the TCA Partnership Council in 2021. The Council agreed to provisionally apply the Trade and Cooperation Agreement from 1 January 2021.
