The proceedings were held at Hilton Hotel, Paradise Way, Walsgrave Triangle, Coventry CV2 2ST at 9.30am on 24 to 27 November 2015; and at at Ramada Hotel and Suites, Butts, Coventry CV1 3GG at 9.30am on 7 to 8 March 2016.
