Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with The Teachers’ Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, a professional conduct panel was convened to consider the case of Mr Monzoor Hussain, Mr Hardeep Saini, Mr Arshad Hussain, Mr Razwan Faraz, Ms Lindsey Clark, formerly employed in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The proceedings were held at 53-55 Butts Road, Earlsdon Park, Coventry, CV1 3BH on various dates, commencing on 19 October 2015 and concluding on 30 May 2017.

This statement is published at the request of Monzoor Hussain and Razwan Faraz.
