Mental wellbeing teacher training module

Details

This module supports the physical health and mental wellbeing section of the statutory relationships, sex and health education curriculum.

It sets out the key knowledge teachers must teach, including:

  • when people may experience poor mental health
  • the contributing factors to poor mental health
  • positive strategies to improve wellbeing
  • when people may need help from others

Adapt the slides to suit your school’s needs. This might include adding your own videos and resources to make your sessions more visual and interactive.
