An assessment of the impact that the proposals set out in the Technical and Further Education Bill will have on:

  • private, voluntary or independent sector organisations
  • groups with relevant protected characteristics

The relevant protected characteristics, identified in the Equality Act 2010, include:

  • disability
  • religion or belief
  • sexual orientation
  • pregnancy and maternity
  • gender reassignment
  • age
  • marriage and civil partnership
