Details

The United Kingdom is home to globally rare temperate rainforest habitats. Due to thousands of years of land use changes it now covers less than 1% of land in Great Britain. This plan sets out actions and new commitments from the government to help safeguard and restore England’s temperate rainforests, through investment, protection and partnership.
