For information in relation to the tenancy deposit protection schemes operated by the Deposit Protection Service (custodial and insured), MyDeposits and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as at 31 March and 30 September 2013.

Disclosure

The Department for Communities and Local Government has released information about the total number of deposits protected, disputes, performance information for initial response to helpline calls, time taken to resolve disputes, and time taken to return deposits after confirmation of release.
