These are the terms and conditions of the contract between Natural England and individuals or organisations who pay for wildlife licences.

  1. Updated to include the Glue Traps Licensing Regulation 2024 and the licences relating to it, and contact details for the District Level Licence for great crested newts.

  2. Added terms and conditions for chargeable class survey licences.

  3. Terms and conditions for wildlife charges updated. From 7 December 2020 variable price indication is replaced by a charge price range for CL31 - water vole displacement licence and mitigation licences: A12 - other EPS, A24 - badger, A31 - wild plants, A44 - natterjack toad, A45 - otter, A46 - smooth snake and sand lizard.
