Details

The first report seeks to provide a comprehensive and accessible introduction both to the Act and the first nine months of its operation. The report details nine specific recommendations, concerning consideration of the grounds for designation; the formalisation of review procedures; increased transparency; dialogue with the financial sector; and improved guidance for designated persons. The government responded in February 2012.
