Details

In the aftermath of recent terrorist attacks in Paris, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and Parliamentary Undersecretary of State Lord Ahmad have written to mosques in England.

The letter asks for mosques’ support in condemning extremists. It also highlights the opportunity Muslim faith leaders have to explain more clearly than ever before what being a British Muslim means today: proud of your faith and proud of your country.
