Updated version of these documents were published in October 2015.

The government has re-affirmed its support for the proposed Thames Tunnel as the most cost-effective and quickest currently available solution for the environmental problems in the Thames Tideway.

The two documents below - “Creating a River Thames fit for our future - a strategic and economic case for the Thames Tunnel” and “Costs and Benefits of the Thames Tunnel” - provide supporting information.
