Details

Research and development is critical for the success of many of Sellafield Ltd activities to deliver its mission. It’s this side of the business which provides the initial research into a problem, and the early development of a solution.

This work isn’t just done by Sellafield Ltd – almost half is done in partnership with the National Nuclear Laboratory. Further support comes from a wide range of technology suppliers – collaborations with the broader supply chain and academic community are essential for Sellafield Ltd’s success.

The review features more than 30 universities and 50 organisations (including small and medium-sized enterprises), national and international companies and national institutes
