This guide is for all service and civilian staff and sets out the basic principles that apply wherever they work in defence.
It applies to all members of the armed forces and the MOD civil service and where appropriate to others employed by the MOD, for example contractors. It should be particularly helpful for new entrants as part of their induction and potential new recruits as research.
