Details

At Spring Statement 2019, the Government commissioned Professor Sir Partha Dasgupta to lead an independent, global review on the economics of biodiversity. The Economics of Biodiversity: The Dasgupta Review was published on 2 February 2021.

Having examined the Review’s findings, this report sets out the government’s response to the Review, setting out both the ways in which the government is already making significant progress towards delivering a nature positive future, and the ways in which the government will go further in light of many of the Review’s conclusions.
