We received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
-How many investigations into alleged breaches of the Hunting Act 2004 are currently in progress in England and Wales?
-What guidelines are Police Wildlife Officers officially directed to work to in guidance on enforcing the Hunting Act?
-To what crieria do Chief Constables work in order to decide what level of resources are deployed to police hunts post the Hunting Act coming into force?
