Details

The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, The Rt Hon Steve Reed MP, has issued a direction to the Environment Agency.

The direction will require the Environment Agency to set and apply emission limit values for new fuels used in stand-alone medium combustion plant. This is to provide consistent regulatory standards and limit the pollution from new fuels used in medium combustion plant.
