This measure makes miscellaneous changes to the holding and movement of excise goods legislation applicable in the UK.
Regulations relating to Warehousekeepers and Owners of Warehoused Goods Regulations 1999 and freezone changes come into force on 3 March 2025. The rest of the changes come into force on 23 December 2024.
