Following a 3-month consultation on plans for reforming the NHS (set out in [‘Equity and excellence: liberating the NHS] (/government/publications/liberating-the-nhs-white-paper), this publication explains how government will put the reforms into practice, starting with the introduction of the Health and Social Care Bill in Parliament.
