This is final report and accounts of the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) as a Special Health Authority. HSCIC, as a Special Health Authority, was superceded by a new HSCIC, as an Executive Non-Departmental Public Body, on 1 April 2013.

Health data from HSCIC helps organisations provide better local care, policy development, and accountability.

The report was laid before Parliament, and ordered to be printed by the House of Commons on 11 july 2013.
