Details

After consulting representatives of local government and each affected local authority the Secretary of State made the Housing Revenue Account Self-financing Determinations. The determinations are:

  • Settlement Payments Determination 2012
  • Limits on Indebtedness Determination 2012
  • Housing Revenue Account Subsidy (Amendment) Determination 2011-12
  • Item 8 Credit and Debit Amending Determination 2011-12 Amending Determination
  • Item 8 Credit and Debit Determination from 1 April 2012

The Limits on Indebtedness Determination 2013 (published in March 2013) amends the 2012 determination to ensure that no local authority is inadvertently in breach of their housing borrowing cap because their estimate of their housing borrowing was lower than the actual amount.
