The Low Carbon Vehicle Public Procurement Programme (LCVPPP) procurement framework is now closed. Information remains for the processing of existing orders only.

The LCVPPP was set up in 2009 to help stimulate the market for lower carbon vehicles by providing financial assistance to public sector organisations wishing to procure lower carbon vehicles.
