Details

The NDA group inclusion strategy builds on the foundations laid since our initial Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy launched in 2018.

It focuses on five key areas and supporting commitments that will be prioritised across the NDA group as we move from foundation building to embedding inclusion into the DNA and culture of our organisations.

This strategy also includes goals against which we’ll measure ourselves and use to report progress. Building great places to work remains a key part of our group vision. Creating workplaces where everyone feels respected, included and able to perform at their best, is not only the right thing to do but will help us to deliver our mission.
