The Pensions Regulator is the UK regulator of work-based pensions. It is a non-departmental public body established under the Pensions Act 2004. It is sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions and Parliament sets the legal framework within which it regulates.
This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
