Details

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published an overview of the new Procurement Act and debarment regime, which came into effect on 24 February 2025. This new legislation strengthens rules for excluding suppliers from public procurement, particularly those involved in anti-competitive practices such as cartel activity.
