Details

The request form is provided for applicants to help exercise their right under the Community Right to Reclaim Land to seek to bring under-used or unused land or property back into a beneficial use.

The guidance note provides a basic description of the request process that applies to both the statutory and non-statutory request processes relating to the disposal of land or property.

The final document is a sample of the cover letter and questionnaire sent to land owners once a Public Request to Order Disposal request has been received.
