Guidelines for organisations seeking notified body status, to undertake inspection and certification of recreational craft and specified components under the Recreational Craft Regulations 2004 (Statutory Instrument 2004/1464, which implements the EC Recreational Craft Directive (94/25/EC) as amended by Directive (2003/44/EC) in UK law. This includes conformity assessment for exhaust emissions from engines and noise emissions from such craft.
