This is a report on the Social Security, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007 No. 1331) by the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) under section 174 (1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992. The report includes a statement by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in accordance with section 174 (2) of that Act.

This command paper was laid before Parliament by a government minister by command of Her Majesty. Command papers are considered by the government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
