Details

Trade remedies are a key element of the UK’s post-EU exit independent trade policy. The European Commission previously undertook this function for the UK and continues to do so for countries in the EU. The UK’s Trade Remedies Authority now undertakes this function for UK-based industry.

The TRA is already taking applications for new cases from domestic industry as well as undertaking transition reviews into measures transitioned from the EU system. To guide its work during this critical time, there is a need for a comprehensive Corporate Plan, underpinned by a costed business plan and budget.
