This report presents the findings of a study designed to explore how people seek to resolve their civil, administrative or family justice problems and the influences that shape their decision-making.
This large-scale qualitative study was based on 114 interviews with people who had experienced a civil, administrative or family justice problem, including those who had experienced domestic abuse, in the previous 18 months.
