On the agenda: the Department of Health publishes its initial response to the recommendations of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust Public Inquiry.

A revised NHS Constitution was also published on 26 March following a public consultation. It also incorporates some changes based on the recommendations made by Robert Francis QC in his inquiry.
