Details
Nearly 60% of Wragge & Co’s fee earners are female, yet only 17% are partners. Realising they were not making the best use of their female talent, they set up the WOMEN project in late 2011. Since then they have adopted more flexible and adoption leave policies and signed up to the recommendations of the Law Society’s International Women’s Day Report.
