We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
1) Please give details of weapons, drugs, pornographic material and any other banned goods, confiscated from detainees during room searches across the detention estate between June 2005 and June 2006, broken down by removal centre.
2) The number of immigration removal centre security guards investigated for abuse of detainees or corruption, within the same period. Also where they worked, if any were sacked or details of any charges brought against them.
3) Details of the amount of money spent in the immigration removal centre shops by detainees between the same period, broken down by removal centre.
