Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff relating to applicants who previously held Tier 1 (General) leave and there are concerns that false representations have been made regarding their earnings.

This guidance must be applied in conjunction with the main guidance on false representations and the guidance on General Grounds for Refusal (GGfR) under Part 9 of the Immigration Rules.
