Details of the application
Timothy House has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the Mercia Mudstone Group aquifer at Churcham, Gloucestershire at National Grid Reference SO 75582 20726.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 6 cubic metres an hour
- 139 cubic metres a day
- 50,000 cubic metres a year
- between 01 April and 30 September inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for trickle irrigation.
