TN184: Request to carry out TB testing of non-bovine species
Use this form to get approval from the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) to carry out private tuberculosis (TB) testing of non-bovine species.

Details
Approval for private TB testing of non-bovine animals is granted by the Secretary of State, Scottish ministers or Welsh ministers.
You’ll be asked to give details alongside your request, such as the purpose of the test, and your relevant experience and qualifications.
Email the completed form to:

- APHAWalesTBCaseManagementTeam@apha.gov.uk for Wales
Once consent is granted you must return the completed request form to the relevant email address along with:
- the tuberculin test chart for non-bovine animals (TN52A)
- the certificate of clinical inspection (TN52B)
- the blood test results (in the case of animals having both test types applied)
