The report presents initial, indicative findings from the process evaluation of the first three case studies conducted as part of the Towns Fund evaluation, which includes both Town Deals and the Future High Streets Fund.
It provides early insights into what worked well and less well, focusing on the design, planning, delivery, and monitoring of the Towns Fund. These findings are based on interviews and focus groups with 25 local stakeholders.
The evaluation will contribute to a better understanding of what works and why, supporting the implementation of future local growth and regeneration initiatives.
