The Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) Partnership Council oversees UK and EU implementation, application and interpretation of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

This Partnership Council decision updates a number of Product Specific Rules in the Rules of Origin annexes to reflect changes made to the Harmonised System (a standardised international classification regime administered by the World Customs Organisation) in 2022.
