Suspension of anti-dumping duty on electric bicycles from China produced by certain companies

This notice is published under regulation 96A(1) of the Trade Remedies (Dumping and Subsidisation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
It suspends the collection of the anti-dumping duty applied by Taxation Notice 2020/24 (anti-dumping duty on electric bicycles originating in the People’s Republic of China) on the goods listed under ‘Goods subject to suspension of duty’ produced by the overseas exporters in the table listed under ‘Overseas exporters: additional codes’.
