Details

The anti-dumping duty on hot-rolled iron and steel products from China was imposed by the EU on behalf of the UK and the other member states. The Secretary of State for International Trade transitioned the anti-dumping duty to continue applying in the UK after the transition period.

Following a transition review, the anti-dumping measure was extended at the same rates until 7 April 2027.

   Trade Remedies Notice 2023/14 Table 1 duty amount amended for first entry from 0.3% to 10.3%; date by which this public notice ceases to apply changed from 7 October 2027 to 7 April 2027; summary of a transition review section amended to show 2 domestic producers, one domestic trade body, one trade union and one foreign government who registered an interest.
