The Secretary of State for Business and Trade is publishing a notice under paragraph 29 of Schedule 4 to the Taxation (Cross Border Trade) Act 2018 to require registration of imports of suspension poly (vinyl chloride) from the USA, after agreeing to a request from the Trade Remedies Authority.
