Details

Use these forms if the CAC declared recognition and:

  • you are a union and the employer has given notice that it employs fewer than 21 workers (paragraph 101)

or

  • you are an employer and want to end the bargaining arrangements because you believe they no longer have the support of the workers in the bargaining unit (paragraph 106)

or

  • you are a worker (or workers) and want to end the bargaining arrangements because you believe they no longer have the support of the workers in the bargaining unit (paragraph 112)

or

  • you are an employer and want to end the bargaining arrangements on the grounds that fewer than half the workers in the bargaining unit are members of the union (paragraph 128)
